TEAM PHILOSOPHY

Texas Raiders squad members play as a team and being a medic is the main prority, we dont judge people on the number of kills, but on their teamwork and medic skills.
Working as a team, looking after each other and having fun are our main aims.


All TR members are expected to adhere to the following rules AT ALL TIMES.
Anyone breaching these rules may be disciplined, demoted or even removed from the squad.
Breaches of the rules should be reported to an officer.

RULES FOR MEMBERSHIP

1. No swearing online
2. No cheats allowed
3. Show respect to all players at all times
4. During Co-op missions you must play as a medic, and follow mission objectives and waypoints.
5. Always play as a team
6. Members are to belong to only one Delta Force Co-op squad
7. All members must have a valid email address and MSN Instant Messenger installed (user ID must show your playing name and TR). See the downloads page for a link to install MSN Instant Messenger.

8. All members must respond to an “all squad” post in the forum within the allotted time frame. Anyone who fails to respond to 3 alerts in a row will be subject to disciplinary action by the CO.

9 . All communications regarding squad matters must go through the Battalion Clerk.
10. Members that wish to leave Texas Raiders must remove their TR tag and inform the CO or any high ranking Officer in writing of their decision to leave.
11. If a member leaves TR and at a later date wishes to rejoin, the member will revert to the rank of ‘Private’.

Never forget when you are playing online you are representing Texas Raiders and your behaviour should be appropriate.

PROMOTION GUIDELINES

1. Must be a team player
2. Must be a good medic
3. Must be online regularly
4. Should worry about lives saved and mission, rather than number of kills
5. Minimum time in grade for enlisted promotions: 1 month
6. Minimum time in grade for officer promotions: 3 months
7. Commanding Officer may make field promotions at his discretion
8. Once a promotion is received, it is up to the individual to either keep it or lose it through non compliance to the rules or by becoming lethargic
